ISLAMABAD: Two individuals have been killed and 4 others, together with a police inspector, have been injured when a dashing automotive ran over members of a protest sit-in on the sting of Purple Zone early on Monday, police mentioned.
On the time of the incident, the members of the ‘Save Gaza’ protest have been sleeping on a portion of Jinnah Avenue between Categorical Chowk and the outdated Parade Floor, the police mentioned. The streetlights of the world have been switched off when the incident occurred.

The protest organised by former Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan and attended by members of civil society has continued for a couple of week, he mentioned.
