ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Income (FBR) and representatives from the primary commerce unions on Friday agreed to collaborate to implement the Tajir Dost Scheme (TDS) as a part of a drive to broaden the nation’s tax base.
The FBR, representatives from numerous commerce unions in Pakistan and the TDS Chief Coordinator, Naeem Mir, met to debate the enterprise neighborhood’s issues about implementing the TDS and foster a collaborative strategy to its success.
The FBR officers agreed to contemplate the commerce neighborhood’s reservations and suggestions. They requested them to submit a unified proposal inside one week relating to the registration and taxation of merchants beneath the scheme.
